You can boot the rescue of 8.1-cooker, and run tune2fs from here.

Beware, I naturally mount your / and other partitions for you at the
beginning of the rescue, so either you just umount them (they are like
your normal mounts but prefixed with /mnt... so, /usr will appear as
/mnt/usr, etc) (well, like during install) or you boot the rescue with
"rescue noguessmounts".
