One more attempt with Cc to hopefully Gtk maintainer.
This was default install (Gnome and KDE selected).
I tried to play wit gtkrc to no avail. It is sourced after those
messages "charset missing" so I presume pretty basic problem.
Please, inderstand. IN THIS STATE IT IS UNUSABLE IN RUSSIAN LOCALE.
