You can see that your /proc/pci doesn't show us the PCI ID of your card.
We need:
(1) Issue "lspci". Please copy here the *FULL* contents of what is printed
on the terminal.
(2) Issue "cat /proc/bus/pci/devices". Please also copy the *FULL* contents.
Yet it's probably a 80862415.
