Actually this message about size are insignificant, they should better be renamed
warning, the iso are created anyway.

The mkisofs error anre more difficult to understand, but the isos seems to be
created.

However, regardinf missing dependencies, packages with dependencies problems
should not be put on the CDs.

Could you manage to install with this CD set ?
