[Cooker] install 563 no ramdisk - no urpmi configuration created

I just realized that install of yesterday did not create urpmi
configuration again. It was default install with all paclages group
deselected; urpmi was installed.

[root@cooker root]# ll /wrk/etc/urpmi
total 4
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root           61 Sep  3 13:57 skip.list
[root@cooker root]# rpm --root /wrk -q urpmi
urpmi-1.7-8mdk

This is 32MB system
