Try 'rpm -q kdebase-nsplugins' or 'rpm -qa|grep kdebase'
And as a note, whenever I get stuck at the 'blue screen', I exit out and get
rid of ~user/.kde/socket-hostname and ~user/.kde/tmp-hostname .
