you can also use a term and kcmshell.
[$]$ kcmshell --list
will list all the module available.
for exempa if you want to configure kdm. you can see that you have in the 
list : System/kdm - Gestionnaire de connexion (login) (Tous les param�tres de 
KDM)
So you just need to do :
[$]$ kcmshell kdm
