[Cooker] usb image

I remembered today seeing a USB cable somewhere that came with my cable 
modem... downloaded the usb image and figured maybe this would let me 
get cooker on my laptop again.  Unfortunately, no go.  got:

pci device 8086 7112 is ""
have to insmod usb-uhci
needs usb-core
        succeeded usb-core
unsetting automatic
have to insmod usb-ohci: no such device
        failed.

The modem is an RCA DCM235, supplied by at&t broadband for use with @home.

I'd PREFER my pcmcia ethernet instead..
