Yes it is. But still WinRAR is easier to use. It has a *very* nice
GUI, is able to create self-extracting archives (no need for RAR on
every machine), compresses very, very well and is able to span multiple
disks. Okay, it's even slower than bzip2, but that's the only
disadvantage I see.
