[Cooker] Beta 3 bug list!

hey, 1) The installation hangs after installing the bootloader during regular installation, i think this is because the next step is X configuration. I have a Diamond stealth 2000 s3 virge 4mb chipset. Beta 1 installed fine, however, beta 2 and 3 hang right after installing the bootloader which basically means that it gets stuck at X configuration. I have attached the /var/log/messages and install.log. NOTE: by default the installer choses vgalo mode because of my old 2d card.   2)Next i tried text installation. All went fine till the thing asked me to test X. It tested fine and then the installer asked me if i wanted X to startup at boot time. I said ok and then the right hand cornor of the screen upadated its status to exiting isntallation, however it just hanged. I had to do manual reboot. After booting into linux i had to do Fsck.   Tried to configure X using drakex but it just game me errors. NOTE: I selected Xfree86 4.1. As i stated earlier, beta 1 installed fine with xfree86 4.1 even in graphical installation. Looked pretty cool!!   3)During package selection (the 2nd package selection screen in which u select individual package) in text mode if u press cancel to got back to the first screen of package selection, the installer just starts installing instead of going back. Btw can we get install all packages like redhat has.   Also draknet doesn't configure my adsl connection correclty. LM 8.0 did perfectly but 8.1b1,2,3 just can't. I would like to tell u guys more about this but i first want to get X working.   If u guys need anything else just email me.  I would be glad to give more info. Again beta 1 installed fine with X but beta 2 and 3 just hang.   My system specs: 400MHz celeron 128mb RAM 20GIG HD hda1 --windows fat32 hda2-- linux swap hda3-- linux /-- ext2. Diamond stealth 2000 s3 virge 4mb 2d card. voodoo2 8mb.   Thanks
