I've not said anything on this to date because I just kind of figured that it
would eventually get fixed.

Konqueror doesn't properly do 'javascript: showupdate'. It hasn't it quite a
while, actually, but I just figured it was a temporary break while other
wizardry was being performed on the codebase. We're getting closer to 8.1,
though, and it's not fixed, so maybe it's something that someone should look
at.

An example URL that demonstrates this is:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=595581458

Click on the picture thumbnails, and you're supposed to get the full size in
the larger picture, but instead it completely refreshes the whole page.
Cycling through the six pictures means that you have to hit the 'back' button
SIX times to get to the previous page. Konq in 8.0 does this properly, as
does the current 0.9.4 Moz, but it was broken in cooker very soon after 8.0,
and has remained broken.

Since almost the entire ebayMotors website uses this method of picture
display, it makes Konq really undesirable for this site, and I'd presume
others that use the same methods.
