[Cooker] RC1 upgrade fails if /tmp is sym link

I was using /tmp as a symbolic link to /var/tmp/tmp/ The upgrade fails
with a packdrake failure because it cannot mdkdir /mnt/tmp/headers/ I
quote: ... probagated at /usr/bin/perl-install/install_steps_gtp_pm line
371.

Maybe if you all should check /mnt/tmp and if it is a symbolic link find
where the real directory is and do the mkdir there(or rename the link and
creaate your own /mnt/tmp, and then put it back at the end of is all.
