Yeah, I have found. It is KDE bug that it shows it as enabled (checked) 
when default is actually disabled. Clicking it two times makes it really 
work :-)

Well, konsole goes mad when you try to select any font but works fine 
with default (not that I like it much more than with AA ... actually I 
must say I do not like it at all :-) In general I do not quite 
understand why everybody is so excited about AA - all fonts look a bit 
"blurry" (do not know better word). But let's see, it was just first 
impression.

No chance to get AA for gtk apps?
