I'm still having serious problems with Rsync and ftp.sunet.se

I can't tell whether it's my provider (T-Online) or the other side - but
over the last few weeks, the performance was acceptable (~100K) - now
it's DOG SLOW and I don't know where to turn to . . .

What's the use of having DSL when you get ~4K download from a given
site?

Arrrggggghhhhh!

I tried alternative sites with no luck . . . 

ftp.sunet.se is supposed to be the PRIMARY Mandrake rsync site . . .

Who can I contact about this problem?
