It is a pain to be the only user of a computer and have to always go to
root to do something like that.

File Manager (SU mode) is fine, but you have to copy and paste, other
managers let you browse to where you
want it. If that would be changed I guess I could live with it, otherwise.

FAT doesnt support filepermissions if i remember, so i guess youd just have
to unmount the partiton, and manually mount as the user you wish to have
write acces. I dont have a windows box anywhere so i cant test for sure.
