If you are referring to modutils-2.4.10-2mdk , it Does Not fix the problem.
Usbmouse still will not operate.

During boot
USB Mouse is not loaded
Starting console mouse services gives error "/dev/usbmouse don't exist'
 
/etc/sysconfig/usb shows the following: 

# Some driver you may want to force the load, normally all of this is
# done by the USBD daemon
MOUSE=no
KEYBOARD=no
STORAGE=no
VISOR=no
PRINTER=no

This system has both a usbmouse and a usb zip drive.
Editing those 2 entries eliminates the problem.
