Start Konqueror, select "Setting" menu and choose "Configure Konqueror".
Now is opened Settings dialog : select "Konqueror Browser" icon button on left side
and after "JavaScript" tag on right side...
now on bottom of right side you have "JavaScript web popups policy" with three
checkboxes{Allow|Ask|Deny} you can try with "Ask" or "Deny"
