Well quite easy: irssi is a console tool. There is a gtk frontend for
it but that was not included in the previous srpm, not this one.
On the irssi download-page it says:
GTK/GNOME Frontend: NOTE: this one is very old, and will not
be updated or supported.
Read more about it on irssi.org.
Why would I buildinclude support for something which is not there
anymore?
