[Cooker] PCMCIA can't find function bindings

Hello,

Whenever pcmcia-cs starts up at boot time the message
Cardmgr[611] error in config.opts, line 8. No functions binding 
is displayed.

However, PCMCIA cards are still recognised and the relevant modules are 
loaded and unloaded.
