The key word in my statement is "supported".  I have been trying for a long
time to get FP to work.  I have tried the mailing list, deja, and Mandrake
"Expert" help.  I tried emailing the author and maintainer of the RPM with
no response.  FP certainly does not work out of the box with 8.1 something I
have been trying to communicate back in the 8.1RC1 days.  I guess Mandrake
did not see fixing FP as significant in the release of 8.1.
