My last remaining problem with 8.1 is these pale yellow panels where 3d widgets have no visible state changes. This manifests in acroread, diald's dctrl, python apps (probably Tk apps) and a few other stray places like the menubar and status bar in XEmacs.
Are these all managed by libXaw3d? Is there a configuration option somewhere that might correct these?
