To me it seems to require a backend for producing the data, and BTW there 
seems to be something wrong here:

ls -la /etc/cron.d/
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root           65 Nov  8 10:11 naat-monitoring

It doesn't need the executable bit set at all maybe?

And, maybe there should be a "/var/www/html/monitoring" dir too?

Ok, I will check this out more throughoutfully then. But, isn't there a www 
frontend for this, I checked the stuff from SNF but it's not easy to assemble 
just for naat-monitoring...

NISCA has another approach and concept, maybe you should check it out? It's 
very powerful.
