Well I didn't apply the patch but changed it manually ;)
[~/src/RPM/RPMS/i586]$ rpmlint ion-20010523-1mdk.i586.rpm
W: ion invalid-buildhost bereboot.boetes.penguinpowered.com
Groovy, the new rpm is uploaded. Still the same mdk-version number.
