I recompiled it from sources and it still crashes. After that I tried kmms and it at least starts and does what it promises :-) It has its issues (main problem is that running titles are not visible, at lest in my resolution. No wonder as it is using 10pt size font which hardly fits). Also I would prefer is started xmms without taskbar icon. Still it is promising. Another interesting thing would be system tray support. As it is it takes up way too much space on task bar. -andrej
