Yes, Chmouel, ideally I would agree with this, but the real world is
that not everything seems to compiles with 2.96 or 3.0.2.  Bleeding
edge is fine as long as provision for falling back in case of failures
with the bleeding edge is maintained.

Until everything does compile with either 3.0.2 or 2.96 we need to
have a 2.95 available.
