I've not noticed any XFS corruption/crashes on 2 of my systems:

 Dell 2450 2x1GHz / 1GB memory / Serverworks Chipset
2 week old cooker with kernel 2.4.13-9enterprise
 xfs on lvm

 Dell 420 Workstation
2 week old cooker with kernel 2.4.13-9
 xfs on lvm

On the 420, I've been hammering on the xfs/lvm locally and
simultaneously from NFS constantly over the last 3 days populating it
with mp3s. So far, no panics.

There were some updated xfs progs and tools recently, do you have the
latest? xfsprogs-1.3.13-1 ?
