Installing kernel-2.4.16.5 gives the following message: Preparing... ########################################### [100%] 1:kernel-2.4.16.5mdk ########################################### [100%] look like there was a problem, the default vmlinuz version is not the same of the initrd
I received the same when I installed 2.4.16.3 (did not install .4) I can set the proper initrd and the kernel boots without problem but why have the errors just now started appearing. Charles
