Hold Alt-SysRq  and press TUSB in sequence. (IIRC it is B for reboot).
That should leave stack traces of all running process in
/var/log/messages. If it does not ... well, what do you do on Solaris
when you are unable to take dump? :-)

Note it is not a crash dump in the usual sense but still it can give you
indication what processes were (not) doing - or where they were
sleeping.

There is kdb that can be used to live analyze your system, but I have
never used it.
