When trying to build some (that is, not all) cooker rpm's on a mixed
cooker/8.1 system, "rpm --rebuild" gives the following error - on some
src rpm's (latest being openldap.)

There has been a few mentions of this on the expert list (I think), but
no solutions that worked for me. Any hints please?
