Hello,

This is a new bug. The previous exception handling bug was indeed fixed by
the newer binutils. This new bug isn't fixed even by upgrading to g++-3.1
beta.

I have placed the previous exception test into a Tux module, which gets
dlopen() loaded, then I throw and catch an exception in the ctor. The
exception is never caught and the crash brings down Tux with it.

I managed to find a machine with 3.0.2 on it, and everything worked.

Since this requires Tux to test, how would you like me to help resolve this?

Thanks.
