With kernels 2.4.8-26mdk 2.4.16-11mdkenterprise and
devfsd-1.3.18-16mdk some terminals which are not used by init to run
gettys/show logs, etc cant be opened later.
ie I'm unable to run another Xserver because I cant open tty8. The
/dev/vcs[a]8 links point to nonexistent /dev/vcc/[a]8 and /dev/tty8
points correctly to /dev/vc/8 but openeing /dev/tty8 says 'No such
device'.
It doesnt happen always, I dont know whpoint to nonexistent
