The problem is caused by, a simplification made in stage 1, when my hd.img on an ext3 partition is mounted as an ext2. This means that this data is written in the used partition table as ext2 - but is shown as ext3 when in diskdrake. Later when the fstab(diskdrake) is compared with the partition table(stage1) we get an error.
