[Cooker] PLF is back

PLF packages are now accessible again at its original location, server freeze 
problem were unrelated to heavy traffic.
You can even add them as a urpmi distant rpm repository with latest urpmi 
3.1-6mdk (thanks Fran�ois !), using following syntax:
urpmi.addmedia plf http://lis.snv.jussieu.fr/~rouss
e/linux/plf with hdlist.cz
