You can get a SRPM that you can build for cooker that fixes the problem here: http://ben.reser.org/mandrake/ppc/mutt-1.3.25i-1.2mdk/ Problem was a patch that switched from mktemp to mkstemp which was causing mutt to try to create temp files that already existed and therefor failed out of the recalling of postponed messages. mkstemp isn't really necessary since mutt was already safely creating files in the exact same way that mkstemp does.
