[Cooker] webalizer complies with libpng2 but dlinks with libpng3

I have both libpng2 and libpng3. Webalizer is compiled with libpng2 but
dynamically links with libpng3 which causes segfault. Setting LD_PRELOAD
to libpng.so.2 soved the problem. Recompile from srpm did not.
