Fetching mail (real example of my fetchmailrc):

poll exchange-server proto imap
        username "nt-user@nt-domain"
        password "nt-password"
        is bor here
        mda "/tools/bin/procmail -d %T"
        options no mimedecode stripcr

In this case it is using NTLM authentication (I compiled with NTLM).
Authentication for Exchange is not trivial, so if you have problems -
tell me your exact setup.

Sending mail:

The simplest solution is to set up your MTA to forward all mail from
specific user to other Exchange user and setup the above fetchmailrc
under this user.
