That means that installing via Software manager (or X mode of urpmi) may
result in arbitrary problems due to scripts not being run.
I believe Mandrake should
- issue advisory to *not* use Software Manager to install software
- release update ASAP

After installing the new cooker updates if I try to run update-menus from
console it core dumps, sounds like this fix messed up the menu updates too.
