This is useful for creating pdf files in T1 encoding - add support for dvipdfm - when passing a file name as argument from command line, the extension `.lyx' is added if necessary - insert error insets in the documents when there have been unknown tokens in the file - new class `kluwer'; update to hollywood class - the class encts has been renamed to entcs (stupid typo!) and slightly updated - updates to the introduction document and the italian user guide - updates to the russian, finnish and hebrew localisations
