Yes, I understand it. Probably you do not understand me. You keep telling that mouse does not work with devfs. Yet you give no evidence that it is related in any way to _problems_ in devfs or devfsd. If you have said "this specific file that should exist is not created" or "this file has wrong permissions" or "wrong major/minor" - we could try to track it down. Because it is actually the only types of problem that can result from devfs. Sorry. -andrej
