Hi, I encounter the same trouble a few days ago. It seemed that it came from the evolution-executive-summary component. The only solution we found was to edit the '/usr/bin/killev' script, extract the executive-summary part, launch evolution (which will block forever), then kill the executive summary, and then voila...
Maybe evolution was stuck in trying to access a website somewhere to get its RSS/RDF file for the executive. I wasn't able to find where are stored the executive summary configuration, so I couldn't change them to 'more secure' ones. Hope this helps. Brice On Tue, 2002-01-29 at 22:31, Brian J.
