Hello Robert, Frederik I do not think this disappearing act is aprticularly a browser issue with Mozilla.
I dual boot to an M$ OS for my remaining games, and my IE regularly loses the favicons after a few days ... Maybe it is a problem with the favicon concept itself ? Or maybe it's a server side issue ? I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know that these so called "favicons" will be disabled by default in the 0.9.8 release, which will be out one of the next days.
