[Cooker] word-writable file check

Security Warning: World Writeable files found :
                - /tmp
                - /var/apache-mm
                - /var/prelude/socket
                - /var/tmp

/tmp and /var/tmp must be user writable. Msec must check for lack of
sticky bit instead. Have no idea about other two.
