This is all well and good, but packages should not have requires for
meta-packages when the meta-package is simply for compatiblity with old
releases.  The package maintainer should know that libgr is deprecated
and change the build-requires appropriately.  BTW, the use of libgr has
been deprecated since *before* 8.1 was released, so this error has been
long standing.
