[Cooker] Please fix euro-keys in xkb us and uk

A while ago we talked about missing the eurokey in the us keyboard
definitions. Can the maintainer please add the Eurosign on altGr-5 for
us keyboards? Also I hear uk keyboards have it on altGr-4.

It is easy to do:

    key <AE05> {        [         5,    percent         ]       };
will become
    key <AE05> {        [         5,    percent         ],
                        [  Eurosign                     ]       };

I can also make a diff?
