I am amazed! Just bought a new Asus MotherBoard A7N266-E this evening
with an Athlon1700+.

well, with today's Cooker it boots, the sound card works and the nvidia
driver gives me X. With the default settings the system is sometimes
choppy but it did boot with only one error message about usb.

That's an amazing performance. Yesterday, my system had a different CPU,
different memory, different video card, different sound card and I
haven't done anything but changing the MB and booting the thing.

I am in thankful adoration for everyone who made that possible. Sort of
a respect to the Ancestors prayer.

Now, with a hw like that, I postulate for a high bandwidth access to
Mandrake bug report system ;)
