Here's something I just found (at least on this laptop).
Last night after doing an 'apms -s' to put it to sleep, this morning, it
didn't want to wake up. The LCD came up, but instead of what was there
last, it looked almost like a picture that was taken out of a car window
going a couple hundred miles an hour. The box was completely locked up.
