Hello, Beta 2 (ok, cooker 20020216) seems to be more stable than beta 1. Good work! But there ase still some issues to be solved:
1. normal + vgahi installations on single-sync monitor: problems with vertical positioning of the screen. Could there be some tool/way to alter the h/vsync? 2. HD install: if you set a mount point for the partition where the cooker is found => mount failed: Device or resource busy. (it is already mounted!) 3. Check the text in the pot-file #476.. It seem to miss part of the text. 4. You can set autologin for empty user (feels od that there is two choices, if both have the same default behaviour..) 5. default security level low?!? In my university the RedHat based Linux distributions are the most common to be compromised. At least for the low security levels all the network servers should be disabled. 6. default FS should be ext3 Regards, Matias
