Only countries that use the euro currency have been switched to iso-8859-15
by default. As that is not the case of the United Kingdom it still
remains in iso-8859-1.

I could add an iso-8859-15 entry for it, if needed.

The best would be to have better modularity in localedrake, I'll tell
more about it tomorrow.
