Thanks for the replies. Looks like it *is* a mirror problem...

I've been using speakeasy.rpmfind.net - should I not be? They're still
not up-to-date with the boot images, whereas ftp sites I check overseas in
Europe (I'm in the U.S.) appear to be (the images & MD5SUM have same
date/time, updated today 2/20 - still not on rpmfind yet...)

I don't want to rsync from a European site - wouldn't that be an abuse of
available bandwidth? Mandrake's list of available cooker sites (on
http://www.linux-mandrake.com/en/cookerdevel.php3) lists only one site in
U.S. and it allows very few connections (don't know yet if it even supports
rsync). I'm new to this (cooker) and would like to help test it, but I
*do* need an up-to-date (and correct) mirror to reference for updates.
I'll keep looking for better sources; if somebody knows of a *good* one
here in U.S. I'd appreciate knowing about it. Maybe this is just a
temporary glitch that will be corrected. Maybe I can contact the rpmfind
folks to find out what's wrong (would they even *listen*?)

Thanks,
Anderson
