I think this is due to some bad %postun script in MySQL... (see
message I posted to cooker-ppc last night).  I've asked cbelisle to
fix it and chengelog indicated he did that today (so the issue will
probably be there for b3 anyways).

Quick fix:  switch to the command console (prompt) and do ps and look
for the mysqld threads.  Use kill to remove them all then do umount
/tmp/image... it should not complain about it being busy anymore.

Now you can put CD2 in and go back to the GUI and click OK.
